  • 1 Cup Fresh Milk
  • 5 Cups Water
  • 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt per taste

  • Let's prepare the following ingredients: rolled oats, water, salt, olive oil, fresh milk, ground black pepper

  • In a pot add the following ingredients rolled oats, water, salt, olive oil, fresh milk, ground black pepper cook for 6 minutes over medium high heat.
  • Pour 2 cups of porrdige in a bowl and serve with a fried egg and1 cup of blanched arugula on top
